Action - London Marathon
London Marathon
It’s not too late to sponsor Camilla Pearse and Kath Hill who both ran the London Marathon last Sunday. Camilla Pearse ran to raise money for Oxygen, whilst Kath Hill ran in aid of the Spinal Injuries Association (SIA). Well done to both of them!

Whole Church Prayer Gathering
On Wednesday February 22nd we had the first of a series of whole church prayers meetings. We heard about the needs of our children and young people's groups and prayed for them and their leaders. Monica Cooper has kindly put together a set of prayer requests from the meeting, for those who weren't able to come to the meeting but would like to pray too - and, for those who were there, as a reminder to carry on praying!
The next Whole Church Prayer Gathering will take place on Wednesday 13th June 2012 at 8pm in the Lounge – book it in the diary!

United Choir
United choir - Handel's Messiah
A united choir drawn from the various New Malden churches will be singing Part 2 of Handel’s ‘Messiah’ at the Methodist Church on Good Friday, 6th April. All welcome – details are on the Lounge notice board.

Churches Together Lent Groups
Churches Together Lent groups
These continue on 28th March at St Johns, Kingston Road starting at 8pm. Each session will start with a short talk followed by groups' discussion. Details of the subjects etc. are in fliers in the Information Centre. All are welcome. This is a great opportunity to reflect on our relationship with God and with one another.
FUNC - Quiz Night

The FUNC Quiz night makes a welcome return on Saturday 24th March - 7.45pm - first question at 8pm. Nibbles provided, bring your own beer, wine or soft drinks and glasses.
FUNC - Double Bill
FUNC Double Bill!
It's a double bill on the afternoon of Saturday 28th Jan, with the return of everyone's "family favourite", bowling at Charrington Bowl, Tolworth. Tickets will be on sale after all services from Sunday January 8th 2012.
Then, that evening, there's the chance to catch another showing of the multi-Oscar winning film, The Kings Speech (Certificate 12) from 7.30pm in the Lounge. No Charge, just turn up!
