Our groups

In a large church like Christ Church, small groups are a particularly important means of enabling people to make meaningful and supportive relationships.

Christ Church has many such groups - some of which are described as ‘Interest Groups’, whilst others are called ‘Home Groups’. Both types of groups form a very important part of building up our community at Christ Church.  ‘Home Groups’ provide an opportunity for a few people to get together to read the Bible, ask searching questions about the Christian faith, support one another and pray together using a variety of different styles. We also have a number of groups for children and young people at Christ Church, meeting at different parts of the day on Sunday and also during the week.
