What's On for Youth

Our Open Youth Club for 11-13’s meets on Friday evenings between 7.00 and 9.00 pm. Table tennis, football, games and videos and the chance to relax after a hard week at school. The Youth Club is currently overseen by Carolyn Lucas.

Encounter meets during the 9.30 service at Christ Church and looks after our young people between 11 and 14. It seeks to help our young people to think through their response to God and Jesus Christ through games and discussion. It is led by our Youth Worker, Nathan Larkin.

TLC (Teenagers Loving Church) is led by Nathan Larkin and meets in the Orchard Room at Christ Church at 5.30 pm on a Sunday afternoon. The group is for our young people aged 14+ and is seeking to help them think through their response to God and Jesus Christ through sharing food and discussion together.

Going Deeper is for anyone in year 7-13 and meets on Friday afternoons in the lounge at Christ Church to explore the Bible and its relevance to everday life. It is led by Carolyn Lucas and Nathan Larkin.

The 7th Guides for girls who are 10 and over meets in Marion Hill House on Fridays at 6.45 pm.

Christ Church Football Club. The team train on Monday evenings and play on Saturday mornings. Out of season youth training sessions also run from time to time.
