Join us in prayer either for yourself or someone you know, and for others
in church who are ill. Come every week, sometimes, or just once. -
- Congratulations

to the gardening team who have received awards from 'Kingston in Bloom'. The judges
were particularly impressed with the roses. Thanks to all who have helped with
the gardens in any way this year. Extra helpers are always welcome to join the

Christian Institute is meeting on Thursday 20th November at 7.30-9.15pm at Amyand
Park Chapel, 174 Amyand Park Road, St Margarets, Twickenham, Middlesex, TW1 3HY..
Various topics will be discussed. For further details, please see the Events notice
board in the lounge.
- Bowling
- Saturday 22nd November: Bowling
at the Charrington Bowl (Tolworth) at 4.00pm followed by hot dogs back at church
(5.30 approx.) Tickets (in advance only please!!) £5 (concessions £4)
on sale from 2nd Nov or from Jon (8949 0360). Come and join the fun!
- Christmas
Card Tree
- As promised again this year, FUNC will put a Christmas tree
in the lounge on to which you are invited to pin a signed Christmas card. You
can send your good wishes to everyone and save writing individuals cards. Please
only do this if you want to but if you do perhaps think how you might spend the
time and money you save.
- Carols by Candlelight
- Christmas is
coming... so if you sing or play an instrument why not come along to perform in
this special service of celebration and worship on 21st December at 6.30. There
will be lots of traditional carols as well as some great new songs. Rehearsals
are on 24th Nov, 1st Dec & 8th Dec (8pm) for the singers, and 15th Dec (8pm)
& 20th Dec (morning) for everyone. Contact Simon on 020 8942 6987 or e-mail

- When
you start writing things in your new diary please write - 'Whole Church Bring
and Share lunch' on Sunday 1st February 2009 and make sure you are there for the
opportunity to enjoy sharing food and time together as the church family.
- Leaders
Required
- Could you help? More leaders are needed to help with Encounter
(11-14 year-olds) during the 9.30 service. Do speak to Nathan Larkin or Stephen
for more information. (This could be several people on a rota; you would not necessarily
need to help every week.)

come and join the new group for women: Connections. The meeting is on Wednesdays,
in the Church Lounge to start in new groups, finding out more about our relationship
with God and enjoy each others company. The meeting starts at 9.30 and there is
