CHrIst Church Preaching programme

six30@ccnm

The six30@ccnm service is a time of praise, teaching and response – looking to refresh your spirit and inspire your thinking.

When we meet it is informal and there's a lively band. The subjects of the talks aim to engage with modern life and to call us to live for Jesus Christ in our everyday situations.

The service is just one hour but there is time afterwards to mix and share with other people.

Don't let your Faith get rusty

There is also an opportunity to pray with others about whatever is on your heart. The welcome team is looking forward to meeting you and helping you get to know other people in the congregation.

Theme: LIGHT TO A DARK WORLD
As we go through Advent the sermons at our services will focus on preparing for Christmas. Whilst the 11.00 service will look at the way in which chapter 1 of Luke's gospel builds up to Jesus' birth, the 9.30 service will particularly look for the surprises in the familiar Christmas stories. The 6.30 service will have a different approach reflecting upon the biblical basis behind the traditional Advent candles of hope, peace, love and joy.
